DAY 1

Arrival. Transfer to the hotel from the airport, dinner in the local restaurant. Overnight at the hotel in Vilnius.

DAY 2

Excursion to the Old Town of Vilnius, included in the list of the UNESCO World Heritage List for its medieval streets through which we will take you to see the classic Cathedral, gothic ensemble of St Ann’s and Bernardine’s churches, President’s palace, Vilnius University, Gate of Dawn and the jewel of Vilnius Baroque – church of St. Peter’s and St. Paul’s.
We are offering to attend the events held in the city in the evening (at your requests and by travel-time), theatre, Palace of Opera and Ballet, classical or modern concert.
Alternatively, a feast of Lithuanian culinary art in the restaurant.

DAY 3

6Breakfast at the hotel.
Excursion to Trakai, medieval capital of Lithuania, yachting in the lake Galve with an island on which the castle of 15th century is erected. Tasting national dishes of Karaite’s who came to Trakai in the XIV century.
Visit the outdoor European Sculpture Park conveying art as it pertains to the meaning of being in the geographic center of Europe.
Overnight at the hotel in Vilnius.

DAY 4

Departure to Kaunas, second major city in Lithuania.
En route visiting Rumsiskes Open-Air Ethnographic Museum for a tour of the display of 18th and 19th century traditions, crafts and architecture defining the ethnographic regions of the country. In Kaunas – guided excursion around the Old Town with Town Hall Square, impressive Catholic churches, bustling pedestrian avenue with many cozy cafes, visiting the Nearby Ciurlionis state museum (Ciurlionis – famous Lithuanian painter and composer), a museum with the unique collection of Devil’s images.
Heading to Klaipeda, the port town of Lithuania.

DAY 5

Breakfast at the hotel.
After the short sightseeing of the Old Town of Klaipeda – sightseeing in Neringa, the Spit between the Curonian Lagoon and the sea.
The Hill of Witches in Juodkrante village is decorated with wooden sculptures based on legends and folk tales.
Nida is an old fishermen village famous for majestic sand dunes.
Tasting Lithuanian beer upon request when dining in the restaurant.
Overnight at hotel in Klaipeda.

DAY 6

Drive to the Hill of Crosses near Siauliai where thousands of crosses express gratitude to God for divine favors.
Going back to Vilnius.

Breakfast at the hotel.
Transfer to the Vilnius Airport.
